Entry: Nine pounds!!!!! Sep 16, 2004

Yay!!! Yesterday was my day in town and a very long one it was. We left the house a little before 6 am and didn't make it home until after 11pm. In between the two book groups I was running and the third that I've been a member of for 17 years, before the mandatory radio station meeting, and after lunch with my husband, I rushed by the doctor's office. With trepidation I got on the scale and moved the weights to the right -- to the place they had been before I started the Rosedale Diet last week. I moved the uppermost weight a little to the left -- the indicator stayed solidly planted at the bottom of its slot. I moved the weight a little more to the left then a little more and even more. Glee burst out in my smile. Nine pounds! I had lost 9 lbs. in my first week on the diet without ever being hungry! When I did OptiFast I only lost 4 1/2 lbs. the first week, Weight Watchers 2 1/2 lbs. and NutriSystem less than 2 lbs. This first week bodes well for the Rosedale Diet.

I started this diet 5 days ago. I have lost nine pounds. I have been experiencing a great deal of low energy, and exaustion. I was heavily addicted to sugars and carbs, and have bveen completely following the diet with supplements. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, or kicking caffiene and sugars...any thoughts?

Hi, I am so very proud of you! I hope that this diet will help me as well. I tried the Southbeach and promtly lost about 12 lbs. but gained it all back very quickly. Are you taking any of Dr. Rosedales weight loss supplements?
I would appreciate an answer. And thanks so much for posting your progress.

Keep up the good work kiddo!
