Entry: Back on track again Oct 5, 2004

I was in North Dakota (lovely folks live there) speaking at a conference in Minot and the meals were part of the program so I had almost no control over selecting what I would eat. When I got home I immediately came down with a horrible cold and was miserable for at least five days. I also had a big deadline to meet so once I started feeling a little bit better I fueled several 16 hour work days with Dr. Pepper. I did realize that I had felt much better when I was on the diet. I'm back on it now and will be weighing in tomorrow again. I really like the way I don't feel hungry when I am sticking to the right foods. Fortunately avocados have been on sale lately and for the first time in my life I'm not feeling guilty about eating such a high-fat fruit.

Hi - been checking this site every few days hoping you or someone else would post. I just started the Rosedale diet and was hoping to hear good results from others. Also, desperately trying to find other recipes besides what's in the book (allergic to fish). Would love to hear from other Rosedaler's at starscapesofReno@highstream.net
Thanks!

It's tough to eat/diet while on the road! What types of foods are you eating? I enjoy reading about your progress. You didn't mention what your starting weight was or what kind of eating habits you had before starting this diet. Keep up the good work!
